Are you ready for what promises to be a mega giveaway event - the Sew, Mama, Sew May Giveaway Day?
Well, here's my giveaway item: an oatmeal colored linen zippered pouch with - of course - one of my leather squares, and lined with a matching orange cotton on the inside. It's roughly 10cm high, 16cm wide in the middle, and 3cm deep at the bottom.
Until late Monday afternoon I still had no clue of what exactly I would present here today. There were a couple of possibilities. And then all of a sudden I had an "aha-moment". Something new - something I hadn't thought of before. A little pouch - you can't have too many of those, can you?! I whipped it together the same evening and I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, to the extent even that I'm planning on making some more - one to go with my new shopping bag for instance. If only I would have a slightly more flexible sewing machine... That would be really nice!
But enough! I'm not going to waste more of your precious time, as I assume you would like to have some time left for some more shopping around in blogosphere! So, no long post here today!
All you need to do to make a chance at winning this item - if you like it, that is - is leave a comment at the end of this post. You have time to do so until May 31st 8:00 pm CET. The winner will be chosen by a random number generator and announced here on Monday, June 1st. For the people overseas: I do ship internationally (standard mail)!
Note: No need to leave your address here now. I will contact the winner to collect all the details. Just make sure to check your e-mail and this blog, as I wouldn't want for this giveaway to go wrong! Yes, it's almost too embarrassing to say, but the March giveaway feather basket is still in my possession, though I tried to contact the winner several times...

Tomorrow I'll announce the winner.
So, keep those fingers crossed!!
