Thanks, ladies!
And I just added an avatar - I knew something was missing. Thanks for letting me know, Michelle! (I might try to find another one, though! LOL)

My head is spinning right now - there are so many things on Etsy I still need to discover. So, please, forgive me if I'm not on top of things the first couple of days...

your shop looks fantastic and i'm sure your daughters are thrilled with it, too. everything you make is wonderful, unique and impeccable. i wish you all the best with the shop and know it will be something you'll be doing for a long time to come. there are so many possibilities with your designs and materials from bags to small accessories even patterns.

and, if you should design a messenger bag for us photogs who need to keep our hands-free i would look to snatch it up in a ny minute ;).

Congrats and it looks great! I did wonder what you were going to be doing with all the bags you've been making lately :) I was thinking that I wished I was a bag person like you who could work a multitude of different ones into my life - but it was really an Etsy shop in the offing! They look lovely all on one page like that, the colours really pop at you.

i see you've made your first sale!

your shop is beautiful - congratulations!

your garland reminds me of a necklace (like a modern take on opera length pearls) - i found a delicate 1 mm leather cord sold by the yard, here in the states, that could be used instead of a thread chain.

i-pads - i see a future in hands-free i-pad protectors.
