Winter happiness: Snow

We had some snow yesterday. Only a little bit, but there's more to come on Saturday. We keep our fingers crossed as we still haven't had our real snow fight yet!

Though I had a busy schedule yesterday (K.'s still sick), I couldn't resist taking half an hour off to make photographs. These were shot in the courtyard of our apartment block. Though our courtyard is not spectacular at all on regular days it gets quite magical under a thin white blanket. I hope you enjoy these shots as much as I do...

Doesn't snow make everything so dreamy?? I'm jealous of even just the little bit you guys got

It absolutely does! Believe me, that courtyard looks pretty dull on a regular day, not to mention what it looks like when it rains...

I'm from Montreal and have seen plenty of snow in my lifetime... but your photos are stunning. Thanks for sharing; they made me smile. :)

I subscribe to several 100 craft related blogs in which beautiful photos are often posted of stunning landscapes... but these snow pics are some of the most outstanding I have ever seen. You have a great eye. Well done!
